JGB UK wanted to launch a series of regional and international dating websites. They needed a bold, modern logo that would still be recognisable when regionalised for each website.

First up we chose some strong colours, blue and pink to associate with men and women, with a supporting green as a third, complementary colour. A bold colour scheme tht would also carry across to the website.

For the 'date' part of the logo, which would appear on all logos, we decided on a smart script font at an angle, which would sit across the corner. For the regional part of the logo we used a bold, heavily weighted font, in white so as not to be too strong but using the pink as an outline for depth.

The text was then coupled with three silhouettes of people in the primary site colours, along with any appropriate landmarks or national identity symbols to reinforce the regional brand.

The whole effect gives a unique, regionalised logo for each site whilst still retaining a strong brand identity across all.
